François Muteau

Former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, François Muteau is currently chief of staff for the mayor of Courbevoie and President of the public intercommunal cooperation institute Paris Ouest La Défense (POLD), creating partnerships among the cities of Courbevoie, Puteaux, Levallois-Perret, Rueil-Malmaison, Neuilly-sur Seine, Saint-Cloud, Suresnes, Nanterre, la Garenne-Colombes, Garches et Vaucresson.
He is former speechwriter for the Foreign Trade Secretary of State and special adviser for the Mayor and Deputy of Courbevoie.
