Ruth Bernabé Palanca

Ruth Bernabé Palanca is a Strategy Consultant in the field of security and defense analysis. After a first experience as project manager in the French Directorate General of the High Council of Strategic Training and Research (CSFRS-Prime Minister’s Office), she served as a communication officer and publication manager at the Institute for Strategic Research of the Ecole Militaire (IRSEM- Ministry of Defense) and later as legal analyst for conflict prevention. Prior to these professional experiences she obtained a dual bachelor degree in Law and Political Science at the University of Valencia, Spain. Recent graduate of the Masters in Security and Defense at the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, she focused particularly on the effects of the economic crisis on the Spanish security and defense policy. Auditor of the 79th promotion of IHEDN-Young, she has a broad international experience, in particular through her training courses in law and diplomacy taken at the University of Montreal and at the London School of Economics (LSE).
