Marie-Christine Dupuis

Marie-Christine DUPUIS is an executive coach and an expert/consultant on behavioral ethics, financial governance, as well as financial crime.

She has worked as an investment banker advising many governments in their debt restructuring and the management of their public finances, before joining the United Nations Office on Drug and Crime (UNODC) where she was coordinating the organization’s technical assistance programs to UN Member States in the field of anti-money laundering policies from 2000 to 2003.

She founded and has led C3COM, a consultancy firm addressing non-military threats and advising the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies on compliance and ethics, since 2004.
She lectures on behavioral ethics, values based leadership and corporate governance at HEC and other business schools. She is a regular speaker to law enforcement events on anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and the challenges of curbing criminal finance.

She’s the author of many books and articles relating to good governance, both in the private and public sectors. She is a member of think-tanks and research projects on the geopolitics of crime, the fight against corruption and corporate ethical leadership.

A graduate of the HEC Business School majored in finance, Marie-Christine Dupuis additionally holds a MA in Communications and Social Sciences from CELSA and is a HEC-certified Executive Coach.
